In an effort to continuously provide a robust and efficient support environment to our customers, the SepCity Support team would like to inform you our valued customers of a few changes that have been implemented onto the support system and to the billing system.
1.) The billing system has been updated and is now reinforced with a stronger password thus the next time you login to the new updated billing system, you will be required to enter a stronger password. *The new updated billing system includes the following changes that pass-on some saving to you our valued customers. From this point forward, all Sepcity customers will be billed a flat hosting rate of $35/month per a site and this includes FREE automatic software updates of the latest version of our portal software installed on the customer's website.
*If you use the portals module, the cost to you is now $10/month per a block of 10 portals.
*There is now a 10% charge for late payments on all accounts. All accounts that are a week late will automatically be suspended and if no payment is received in 45 days the account will be completely terminated.
