The "Live Support" module enables an administrator to create agents that are tied to a username on your web site. Once these agents are logged in they will be available to chat with your web site visitors if a visitor requests a chat.

Settings

 

Enable the live support – Select “Yes” if you want to use the "Live Support" module on your website, otherwise select “No”.

Email to send contact form to if no one is online. – Enter a valid email address here. If there are no agents online then a web site visitor will have a contact form to fill out to submit an email.


Security

 

Keys to manage the live support– Select the keys a user must have to be able to manage this module. Users with this key will be able to add, edit and delete agents.
