  1. Log in to your administrator mail account through the web using "admin@yourdomainname.com" where "yourdomainname" is your actual domain name as your "Full email address".

  2. Under 'Settings', select "Domain Content Filtering"



  3. Next, choose "Add Filter".



  4. Choose the appropriate filter criteria and select "Next"




  5. Choose the Filter Type, and Criteria Details based on the Filter Criteria you selected, and select "Next"



  6. Choose a Rule Name and the appropriate actions, and select "Save"
