Deleting email account

Note: Only the administrator account can delete an email account.

Log in to your administrator mail account through the web using "admin@yourdomainname.com" where "yourdomainname" is your actual domain name as your "Full email address".
From the list menu under "Settings," select "Email Accounts ."
In the email accounts menu, click on the "delete" next to the user you want to delete.
Once you have clicked "delete", select "OK" to confirm the deletion of user.
