The “Alumni Relations” module is used for alumni to contact one another. This module is set up with a single form for people to fill out to save their information to the database. The management of this module allows you to edit and view user information that was submitted to your site and delete it.
Settings
Enable the alumni relations? – Select “Yes” to enable this module so it’s viewable to your users otherwise select “No”.
Security
Keys to access the Alumni Relations. – Select the keys a user must have to access the alumni page to submit their information.
Keys to manage the Alumni Relations. – Select the keys a user must use to edit and delete existing user information.
Web Pages
This option allows you to modify the main page to the “Alumni Relations” module that the user will view when they access this module.
