Affiliate Program

The affiliate program enables an Administrator to configure up to a five (5) level affiliate tree for their website users.

The “Affiliate Manager” allows you to pay your affiliates a percentage that you have specified. To pay a user, you just simply click the “Pay User” button next to a username. This button only shows if you owe the user money. The button will take you to PayPal to send the affiliate their money. Right now the affiliate payout is only supported by PayPal to make a transaction safe and easy.

Images

The image section will enable you to upload images for users to copy and paste some generated HTML code to their website to get credit if someone visits your website from their site and signs up or purchases an item.

Setup

Enable the Affiliate module? – This option can be enabled or disabled, meaning if you want to use this module or not.

Level 1 Percentage – Enter a numeric value for the percent you want to offer your level one (1) affiliates

Level 2 Percentage – Enter a numeric value for the percent you want to offer your level two (2) affiliates

Level 3 Percentage – Enter a numeric value for the percent you want to offer your level three (3) affiliates

Level 4 Percentage – Enter a numeric value for the percent you want to offer your level four (4) affiliates

Level 5 Percentage – Enter a numeric value for the percent you want to offer your level five (5) affiliates

Bonus Pool Percentage – Enter a numeric value of your company profits you would like to split into a bonus pool for affiliates. If a user meets a specific requirement they will get a portion of this percentage.

Allow users to enter affiliate in signup form. – Selecting "Yes" in here will show an option on the signup form for people to enter a username that has referred them to your website so a user gets a percentage of sales.

Days in waiting room. ("0" to disable) – Enter a numeric value in here for the waiting room. The waiting will enables your users to build their own tree of affiliates to setup a way of how they want their earnings. This option is only useful if you have more then a one level affiliate program setup. If the number of days in waiting room ends for someone in the waiting then that user will automatically be placed on the level one.

Require affiliate to be entered on signup form – Selecting "Yes" in this field will make the affiliate field required to enter a valid username to join your website.

Show users in level one when users are in waiting room – If you have the waiting room enabled, and setting this option to "Yes" then the affiliates will see their waiting room users on level one in the members tree view while they are in the waiting room.

Number of users an affiliate can have under another user. ("0" to disable) – Enter a numeric value in this field for how many referrals a user can have under each user. This option is only useful if your using the whole five (5) level affiliate program.

Security

Keys to join the Affiliate program. – Select the keys to be able to become a part of the affiliate program.

Keys to manage the Affiliate program – Select the keys to have access to manage your affiliate members and to pay your affiliates. (Default is the Administrator)
