Administrator Features:

• Enable / disable module
• Manage agents (Add, edit, delete)
• View if agents are currently logged in or logged out

Agent Features:

• Go online 
• View who is requesting a chat
• Accept chat requests
• When a request is being made a ringing sound will play so you know if a chat request is being made

User Features:

• Request a chat with an operator if there are operators online
• Chat window opens in a new window
• If operators are offline then it will take you to a contact form to send an email directly to the site administrator
