• Enable / disable module
• Control access to the module

• Specify an email address for forms to be sent to.
• View submissions of all forms that have been filled out
• Create unlimited questions (Checkboxes, true/false, yes/no/, short answer, and long answers)
• Sort questions by sections

User Features:

• Fill out forms
• Browse through forms
