Administrator Features:

• Enable / disable module
• Enable / disable fields to show on your contact form (Phone number, fax number, first/last name, street address, and city/state/zip code)
• Option to send auto-response when someone submits your contact form.
• Specify an email subject and body for the auto-response
• Specify an email address you want the contact form to be sent to.
• Edit page content for the contact page

User Features:

• Fill out the contact form
• Receive an auto-response to your email address if the admin has this enabled.
• Refer a friend
• Add to your favorites page
